Flower Bread

Ingredients
120g soy milk
60g condensed oat milk
250g bread flour
20g caster sugar
3g yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 drop pink food coloring *optional
25g dairy free butter
step 1
In a stand mixer, combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk, condensed milk, cover and let sit for 20mins. then turn on the mixer, add the soften butter, mix on low-medium speed with the hook attachment until dough comes together, about 10-12 minutes. Smooth the dough, Cover and let it proof for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Step 2
Divide the dough into five balls. Divide each portion into five smaller rolled balls, place balls into an prepared cupcake pan. cover and let rise until doubled in size. (again)
Bake at 170c (338f) for 30 minutes.
